Domestic shipping upgrade promotion
To benefit from the shipping upgrade promotion the order should exceed 240nis (shipping not included). During the checkout process please select registered mail option and we will upgrade it after the order completed to express, door to door, service. You will be billed for the standard registered mail cost.
Shipping within Israel
We use the services of the Israeli postal service. Packages leave our store usually up to 3 working days after receiving payment approval. The shipping times below should be added to this time.

Registered Mail
Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order. During checkout your shipping cost will be based on this and added to the overall order. The shipping rates are defined by the Israel postal service.

The postal service commits to a 7 business days delivery, although we have learned that usually they deliver within 3 days.
Door to Door Delivery
This involves sending packages using a private shipping service door to door. This service offers delivery of packages within 5 buisness days to your door. Cost 36 NIS.
We have chosen these methods as they provided package tracking and insurance.
Self Collect
You can reduce shipping costs by requesting self-pickup of the package. After filling the order we will contact you to let you know that your package is ready for pickup At that time we will coordinate a pickup time. The pickup location is in Zichron Yaacov.
International Shipping
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level (Standard/Express), the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. After placing the order you will be presented with the actual shipping rate (based on International Eco Post service offered by Israel post service). If other shipping options are desired, please contact us in advanced to inquire on international shipping.
