Domestic shipping upgrade promotion
To benefit from the shipping upgrade promotion the order should exceed 400nis (shipping not included), those orders will be ship door to door express without charge.
(Due eto the post limitation, door to door express service will not be avilable for some locations. We will do our best to find an alternative solution that may include express shipping to pickup locaion or shipping to alternative address).
Orders that exceed 200nis (shipping not included) will be send free of charge to a pickup location with express service (2 day delivery).

Shipping within Israel
We use the services of the Israeli postal service. Packages leave our store usually up to 3 working days after receiving payment approval. The shipping times below should be added to this time.

Shipping Options:

Registered Mail

Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order. During checkout your shipping cost will be based on this and added to the overall order. The shipping rates are defined by the Israel postal service.
Below you can find an estimate of shipping rates. These are only estimates and the final shipping cost will be the one calculated during checkout.

The postal service commits to a 7 business days delivery, although we have learned that usually they deliver within 3 days.

Fast Express
This involves sending mail using the Fast Express Service in Israel – from post office to door. This service offers delivery of packages within 2 buisness days to your door. Cost 36 NIS.

Door to Door Delivery
Packages weighing more than 2 kg are sent via door to door delivery only. This service cost 36.00 NIS and delivery is within 72 hours.

We have chosen these methods as they provided package tracking and insurance.

Self Collect
You can reduce shipping costs by requesting self-pickup of the package. After filling the order we will contact you to let you know that your package is ready for pickup At that time we will coordinate a pickup time. The pickup location is in Zichron Yaacov.

International Shipping
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level (Standard/Express), the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. After placing the order you will be presented with the actual shipping rate (based on International Eco Post service offered by Israel post service). If other shipping options are desired, please contact us in advanced to inquire on international shipping.
